Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

All sales are final once an order has been placed, processed, fulfilled, or delivered. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have already been produced, fulfilled, shipped, or delivered.

Because our products may be made-to-order, custom-produced, or fulfilled through a third-party production partner, each item is produced specifically for the customer after the order is placed. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, entered the wrong shipping address, no longer wants the item, or requested a refund after delivery.

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, the order is considered completed. If tracking confirms that the product was delivered, the customer is not entitled to a refund unless there is a proven issue caused by our store, such as the wrong item being sent or the item arriving damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, order number, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Products that have already been delivered

Products that were used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer

Wrong size or color selected by the customer

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Orders requested for refund after delivery without returning the product

Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control

Chargebacks opened after the product was delivered and kept by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing their purchase, including product type, size, color, quantity, and shipping address.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy and understand that refunds and returns are not accepted once the product has been fulfilled, shipped, or delivered, except in cases where the item is proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
